Clinton Gary is the CEO and Founder of CREDO Consulting LLC, a strategic consultancy dedicated to helping law firms grow through alignment, collaboration, and execution.


With 25+ years of experience as a Chief Strategy and Business Development Officer for three Am Law firms and leadership roles at Arthur Andersen and a global HR consultancy, Clinton brings the rare ability to guide big-picture strategy while ensuring on-the-ground execution. He partners with managing partners, practice leaders, CMOs, and BD professionals to implement firmwide growth strategies that are practical, collaborative, and sustainable.

Before founding CREDO, I served as the Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer for three Am Law firms and as a consulting leader at Arthur Andersen. In these roles, I led award-winning initiatives across strategic planning, sector growth, client value, branding, and experience management. I’ve built and led high-performing marketing, BD, and client teams — often recognized as best practices in the industry — and helped position firms for accelerated growth, competitive differentiation, and national recognition.


This foundation gives me deep empathy for firm leaders and BD teams — and the operational know-how to guide strategy that actually gets implemented.
